What is the main school phone number to call?

The phone number for the school main office is 718-361-3567. The secretaries from the main office will be able to guide you from there.

If I have any questions regarding my child, who can I call?

The best person(s) to contact if you have any questions are :

How do I find out my child's bus route?

If you need to find out your child's bus route, check your NYCSA account under TRANSPORTATION.
Contact your child's UNIT COORDINATOR or the PUPIL ACCOUNTING SECRETARY at 718-361-3567

If I have problems with my bus, what do I do?

The beginning of the school year is extra challenging for both students AND parents. The best thing to do is to stay calm and do the following.

Call OPT at 718-392-8855 and receive an incident number. Have your child's student ID number ready.
Then contact your UNIT COORDINATOR and they too will file an incident to OPT against the bus company.
The more incident reports you file against the bus company, the faster they will correct the problem.

What should I do when there is a weather related emergencies?

Listen to your local radio station starting at 6AM for announcements
Contact your school for closing and opening delay notifications
Call 311 for information about a school during an emergency
Call OPT for bus-related assistance at 718-392-8855
